Watertown Children's Theatre

  • Create curriculum for a 2 week "Shakespeare Slam!" class geared towards kids ages 5-8 and the "Shakesperience" class for students ages 8-10. 

  • Provide an introduction to Shakespeare's language and stories in a way that is accessible.

  • Develop a final showcase for all classes and camps. 

  • Construct a 3-hour workshop intensive for grades 8-12 entitled "Theatre for Change" exploring the works of Augusto Boal and Theatre of the Oppressed

  • Create and implement curriculum for a "Creating a Character" class for Middle Schoolers, exploring how to physically and vocally embody a character and tell a story.

  • Devise a short play with a group of upper elementary school kids all around a topic of their choice, while guiding them through the basics of playmaking
